For orders within the continental USA:
We ship USPS Priority Mail. Please allow up to 3 business days to process your order and approximately an additional 5-7 business days for transit, depending on your location, if item is marked "in stock". Otherwise, please allow creation time of 6-8 weeks and then delivery.
For orders outside the continental USA:
We ship via USPS Priority Mail International, Express Mail (when requested). USPS Priority Mail to APO and FPO addresses. Please allow up to 5 business days to process your order and approximately an additional 14-21 business days for transit, depending on your location. Additional shipping costs may occur, if so you will be contacted via email with new shipping rate.
Customs duty, brokerage fees, VAT, applicable taxes, additional receiving costs, etc. are solely the responsibility of the purchaser and WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. We are sorry, but we are not able to determine the amount you will be charged for any of these costs, as these charges vary greatly for each country.
We cannot intentionally mislabel your order with the intention of avoiding customs fees. Doing so is a Federal offense, which would jeopardize our shipping privileges, and expose us to fines and possible imprisonment. Please don’t ask.
We can ship via any expedited USPS. Additional rates apply, please note which service you require when placing your order.
All orders are insured for loss or damage in transit, if the purchaser desires.
Shipping costs are a total of actual shipping and insurance charges quoted by the carrier, plus any additional handling/packaging costs required based on merchandise ordered.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If there is a problem with your order or if the merchandise has been damaged in shipment, please notify us immediately. To initiate a damaged claim or request a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization number. Emails are checked MANY times every day.
Claims or return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of order. Claims, returns or exchanges will not be accepted after 14 days. Items authorized for return or exchange, must be received by us in original condition within 14 days of issuance of the return authorization number. We will determine if merchandise should be replaced, exchanged or if a credit is appropriate. All returns and exchanges must be authorized. Unauthorized returns or exchanges will not be accepted. Returns/exchanges must include original invoice and authorization number. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, at our discretion. Shipping and handling charges will not be credited. Please allow at least 4 weeks for processing your return or exchange. If items are damaged in shipment, please retain all packing materials. We must file a claim with the carrier and they may require inspection of the packing materials to approve the claim.
We here at Corellian Imports and Light Speed Imports believe strongly in our products. As part of that belief, we warranty our products against all manufacturer’s defects (workmanship and or materials) for a period of one year from the date of customer purchase (we extend this guarantee to the original invoiced customer only). This warranty also applies only when the product is used under normal conditions for which the product is designed, and does not apply to damage related to accident, misuse, improper care, negligence, normal and/or excessive wear and tear, or if the product is modified in any way by the user.
